This Group is a family owned animal nutrition manufacturing business with head office in Crediton, Devon.  The Group is going through an exciting period of restructure, where a key business objective is to provide an exceptional level of service to their broad customer base both in the UK and abroad.  As part of this drive they wish to appoint a Customer Service Advisor based in Crediton to offer customer support to agricultural retailers, farmers, riders, and B2B clients.

 

 

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working in a busy office, fielding incoming calls, taking and processing customer orders, advising on deliveries, dealing with mail, producing invoices and statements and dealing with general account enquires.

 

The role will also include assistance on the Equine side of the business which will include managing on line orders and help support equine marketing through social media and email.  The candidate will also develop their equine nutrition knowledge to assist with customer enquiries.

The candidate should have an understanding of e-commerce, be IT literate and have good communication skills.

 

Previous office experience is not essential, however an interest/understanding of equestrianism is essential. 

 

The role has a starting salary of £15,110 per annum.
