The Denis Brinicombe Group announces three new appointments to strengthen and support Customer Relations across the business.

Mary-Louise Maher has been appointed as Customer Relations Manager to head up the Customer Relations initiative as part of the new Business Unit. Mary-Louise brings with her an impressive track record of customer relationship management from EDF Energy. Mary-Louise says, “Focus on accurate and bespoke customer service is one of the main drivers in achieving a world class service”.

Malcom Chalmers has been appointed as Territory Sales Manager for the Northumberland area. Malcom joins the company as an experienced Sales Manager, from a national construction company.  An active on farm presence plays a pivotal role in developing long term customer relationships within the Brinicombe Agri farm division. Malcom says, “Visiting our customers on farm gives us a more informed understanding of their livestock enterprise, meaning we can offer the best nutritional advice to benefit their situation.”

Ben Millar has been appointed as Area Business Manager for the South. In addition to visiting customers on farm, Ben is also supporting merchants and stockists of Brinicombe Equine, Brinicombe Agri and B2B Nutrition product ranges. Ben brings with him a wealth of experience in agricultural sales management and nutritional advice. “With new product launches and a full calendar of shows and exhibitions, this will be an exciting year for us and our customers”, says Ben.

Managing Director, Keith Greig comments, “These strategic appointments mark our commitment to excellent customer service across our agricultural, equine and trade sectors. This is a very exciting time for the business and our customers, we are constantly looking to the future.”
